DON 2 : A Hit or a Flop ....?

After the box office success of 'Don', SRK is back with 'Don 2', this winter. For many. the last scene of 'Don' makes them 'Don 2' a must watch. Sharukh and his crew is having a very high expectation about this film. SRK says that 'Don 2' is a much bigger film than his last release 'Ra One'. The movie is picturised in a Hollywood style, which closely resemble the 'Bond' films.

The trailer is very attractively done, and it do make a very positive impact over the audience. It shows that, the film is an excellent thriller. But, let me ask you.... Did you all like the song videos being uploaded in youtube. Mmmm..m.. after seeing that aa..h i am a little disappointed. But never mind, neither the trailer nor the songs make a good movie, but its the script, acting and the treatment used, makes the movie good or bad. Farhan Akthar is the director of the movie. Lets all hope, 'Don 2' will be a huge success like its first part,
'Don'.

And keep in mind guys.... WATCH THE MOVIE IN THEATER.... NO PIRACY...!!!

GO SLOW....... ( Eggeyum Eppodhum movie review )

Egeyum Eppodhum.... The meaning of this name was clear, when the movie ended. This film show us, accidents can happen irrespective to the place and situation we are. But many accidents are human made, this is what the movie is all about. A bus accident due to the rash and negligent driving of its driver is the theme of the movie. Many with lots of dreams and expectations were in that bus, but due to a single person's fault, many lost their lives, many lost their loved ones, many were seriously injured..... What did the innocent passengers do, to sacrifice their lives for no cause ?

Jai, Sarva, Anjali and Ananya are in the lead roles. The films shows us how these characters fun and happiness filled life turned into a disaster and also gives a message.... GO SLOW, ITS BETTER TO BE LATE, THAN BEING LATE. The film is directed by M. Saravanan and he has definitely done a good work....!

"Maturity is all about losing your innocence".

This is what the movie is all about. Maturity... takes away all our innocence. Why this movie differs among the others is because of its frankness. This movie dares to show what the real world is. The movies revolves around the character Stephen Louise, done by Jayasurya. Stephen Louise is a paralyzed person who can't feel the body below his neck. Stephen Louise is a millionaire, he always shows a positive attitude towards his life even though he is physically challenged. Anoop Menon plays the role of Jayasurya's friend in the film. Both this characters were brilliantly done by them. If i tell you more, all your excitement will be reduced when you watch the movie.

Beautiful is not an art movie, its purely a commercial movie. Me too had a different expectation about the film after seeing its music videos and hoardings. But let me tell you, its a fun film. From the very first, till the end, our face remains smily smily.... This is not a film that make us simply smile but it makes us think about the present day life situations with a smile. I remember one of my friends who called me after the movie, he called me and talked about this movie for a long time even not allowing me to say anything. If you see this film, you will surely give a word from your mouth about this film to others. Meghna raj is the female lead in the film. Anoop Menon wrote the script, dialogues and oh my god, the lyrics of the songs. Hats off to him. 

This movie is an must watch entertainer which do not forget to leave a message at the end.

So guys, i personally recommend you to watch this movie because its A VERY BEAUTIFUL MOVIE.

Mumbai Airport Flash mob dance.....!

Guys... this is my first time that i am seeing a dance performed in the middle of all the crowd in an airport. In this dance, we don't understand from where the dancers came, they were like travelers and all of a sudden they transforms in to versatile dancers... This dance was organised as a part of the fifth passenger's day celebration. This video is super coooooooool....

Actually i have heard this song and seen its video quite a lot of time.. but all that time i kept on changing it and didn't find anything that is interesting in it. But today when i heard the full song... mmmm..mm it is impressive....!!! Pranayanilla... va va va va... he he he.. Its a good feeling after hearing this song..... Actually the second stanza....

This song is showing a hero who is falling in love.. and the world around him seems to be very beautiful like never. He is in a world were there is only love and love only... Whatever that happens around him doesn't even find his attention. The video shows the how it will be like when a person fall in love...!

Why again this KOLAVERI DI ?

Again a FLOP-SONG-U on net. After the huge success of Dhanush's Kolaveri song, now there is a FEMALE VERSION for it. But this time the number of likes and dislikes for the song are almost same... strange aah...? At present the song has 4,323 likes and 4,773 dislikes.

The main defect of the song is its pronunciation by the singer, it not that interesting. And the female singer is just looking and reading the lyrics, no feel in it (sagathi pora kutta...). But the visualization part is mmm...mmm.. yup some interesting.. but the acting... a bit over acting kills... there is no originality when compared to the original video. Even though this song is not interesting and couldn't came up to the level of the original track, then too .....mmm..mm.. there is something interesting in it. An element of fun is hidden somewhere in this video.

So far so good, its like milking a cow beyond its age and productivity. Even the British engineer John Pennycuik who designed the Mullaperiyar dam has guaranteed only 50 YEARS LIFE SPAN for it.

Now let me provide you a very shocking data,

The total economic advantages the Tamil Nadu government attains from Mullaperiyar dam is around Rs. 7250 MILLION FROM AGRICULTURE AND POWER GENERATION. But at the same time the government of Kerala is getting just Rs 1.03 Million in means of lease agreement, RISKING THE LIVES OF 2.5 MILLION PEOPLE. Its not only the case of Mullaperiyar, OVER 120 LARGE DAMS IN INDIA HAS EXCEEDED THEIR LIFE SPAN BY DOUBLE.

Youtube has gone Kolaveri fever.... Only one man in India can fight with hundred villains at the same time - the super star Rajanikanth. And now his legacy continues through his son-in-law, Dhanush. He sang a 'Flop song-u'  and made it a SUPER HIT SONG...! The current viewership of his song in youtube is 6,796,845, with 76,366 likes and 3,180 dislikes... WOW. Dhanush has sang this song for his new movie '3' written and directed by his wife Aishwarya Dhanush. As we all know she is the daughter of Rajanikanth.

The song is having awesome lyrics. It starts with the line 'Yo boys I am sing song... soup song... flop song..' Then comes the 'Kolaveri' lyrics.... Mmmm..m. I was first know about this song through the Malayala Manorama news paper. Hearing the lyrics made me think about what this 'Kolaveri' means.. What does that word mean? It means murder rage.. Actually according to the composer Anurudh Ravichander (the guy with the piano in the video), the director of the movie, Aishwarya Dhanush demanded a light hearted fun song about love failure. And Anurudh don't know what happened next. Dhanush began to sing the song in broken English. Dhanush says that, this song is for the bathroom singers.

Anyway the super star Rajanikanth can be proud about his daughter and son-in-law for continuing his legacy, and the 'Pareekuttys' of our land got a new song 2 sing about their broken love.....!!!!

As i have mentioned in the description of this blog, the name 'Sacred Sequences' is not just a name for me, not only me but for everyone who have a passion for the art called CINEMA, it signifies how sacred each sequence are done at a time of movie making. But now a days films are considered as mere business or just a platform to attain glory and fame. Our film industries are now a days showcasing substandard gimmicks for the audience. Its high time for each one of us to check whether, the film makers are fools or they making us real fools. I think we too are responsible for this situation. How many of us are taking the pain to watch good movies? Instead, we dare to spend our valuable time and money to watch all those stupid masala movies with numerous songs at unnecessary situations and brain teasing fight scenes in which the hero can take over hundreds of villains by himself.

Where did we went wrong? 

This question leads to a situation where we are made to opt any one of the following

More money..... or good cinema....?

But let me tell you, both are important. To make a film, we need money... So in order to have good films, there should be sufficient money with the maker. For that good films should be appreciated by watching them at cinemas. By watching good movies, we do two thing, one, we encourage the maker to make good movies in the future, and two, the money to make it. 

So as a conclusion we can say that, when cinema is considered as a business with values.... THE FILM CRISIS IS SOLVED...!!!
